If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. This allows us the opportunity to schedule another client who may be waiting for an opening. 

However, please be aware that cancellations made less than 48 hours before an appointment will incur a charge of half the service rate.
